6. Email Communications and Unsubscribe Requests
Fanbase Collective may assist clients in creating and sending email campaigns through the Services.
When a recipient chooses to unsubscribe from communications sent through the Services:
- The unsubscribe request may be processed through the platform.
- The recipient may be added to a suppression list.
- Future campaigns may exclude suppressed recipients.
- Fanbase Collective may maintain suppression records to help prevent future communications to unsubscribed recipients.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining permissions necessary to communicate with their customers and for complying with applicable marketing laws.

Fanbase Collective relies upon trusted service providers to operate and secure the Services. These providers may include:

- Cloudflare
- Supabase
- Postmark
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services. Clients should review the privacy policies of connected third party providers.
